To create Chaikhana Chai Concentrate, fresh and organic ingredients are slow-brewed together in small batches. Organic tea, fresh organic ginger, crushed whole spices, real vanilla beans and organic (wild flower) honey ensure a rich infusion of flavor plus provide the good health benefits of chai that only real ingredients can offer.

Black Pepper Corns, Whole Allspice, Red Pepper and Cloves are all warming spices. Depending on which flavor, we use various amounts of each in the brew process of our chai concentrate. Black pepper is antibacterial in nature, and therefore helps to cure cold and cough. It also stimulates digestion and is helpful with extracting nutrients from food. The outermost layer of black pepper contains phytonutrients, which help to break down fat cells, and increases metabolism. Allspice and Cloves are similar to Cinnamon in many of their effects within the body. Their warming properties help to increase blood circulation which reduces aches and pains and lowers blood pressure. Allspice helps protect the gastrointestinal system and boost the immune system.
